Evangelism on the Internet
By Amanda Leavelle
The internet today has to grown to play enormous role in our daily lives. Everyday over 1 billion people access the internet for everything from social networking to shopping. Many Christians have embraced the internet and have been able to use its power to reach an amazing amount of people. However, in the Christian community, there still remains the idea that the internet is the devil's playground, full of sinful websites.
In this day in age, we need to use the internet to carry out our calling. Can you think of a greater way to reach the world than the world wide web? Each person who uses the internet has a great opportunity to share their faith with the world, and bring those who can connect with them to Christ.
Here some ways to spread the word about Jesus Christ online:
1. Use your Facebook to share your faithFacebook is free and anyone can sign up. You can start sharing by posting Bible verses, Christian links, and devotional thoughts on your page for your friends to see. You can also comment on group or friend's posts with appropriate Christian resources.
2. Starting a BlogBlogs are free and easy to create and generally come up pretty well in search engines. Everyday people search for answers to all sorts of questions from divorce to parenting. If you share your thoughts from a Christian perspective on the subject, imagine the impact that you can have on someone's life. You can create your own free blog on Wordpress.com or Blogger.com.
3. Post VideosMany churches today have embraced digital technology and have begun to post videos of their sermons. Post these videos on your Facebook profiles, blogs, and anywhere else you can think of. If you church has not been able to post videos yet, help them. YouTube is completely free and easy to use.
4. Embrace TwitterYes, Twitter is here to stay and is still growing. There are millions of users and the more connections you make on the website, the more people will see your "tweets." Handy tools such as hashtags help push your tweets into popular categories. No need for long messages that people may not read. There are tons of statements that you can make about your faith in 140 characters or less (Bible verses, Prayers, etc.) and a huge possibility that many will read them because they are so short.
6. Connect with Old Friends & RelativesMany people have found long lost friends and relatives online. These connections would have been lost without modern technology and the wonders of social networks. Maybe you remember someone from your past that you wish you could have at least talked about The Bible, if only once. Well, now you have that chance. You may feel a little awkward speaking to someone that you haven't talked to in a while, so try to ease into the conversation. Reconnect, and then let them know about the precious gift that Jesus Christ has left for them.
There are of course many other ways, but it's up to you to determine which is the best method to share with your friends and family. Published At: Isnare.com Free Articles Directory - http://www.isnare.com/Permanent Link: http://www.isnare.com/?aid=663874&ca=Religion

What is Real Estate Title?
By Todd Black
If you are a first time buyer, you may feel a little overwhelmed by all the real estate buzz words flying around you. Pre-approval, land transfer, mortgage insurance, these are all phrases you will hear as you go through the process of buying a home. But one of the most important term you will hear is real estate title.
When you buy a home, you are in fact purchasing the title to the land. You are acquiring the right to use and occupy the space. You will gain the title to the property when the current homeowner signs the deed over to you. Following which, the title is registered with the provincial land titles office.
But what is a real estate title? Ownership of a piece of real estate is demonstrated by a title which is a legal document that specifies who is the owner of this particular property. When a house is sold, title of the property is transferred to the new owner with the help of a real estate lawyer or notary. Before you finalize the purchase of the home, your real estate lawyer will do a title search of the public records. This search will show all the transactions that have had an impact on the title of the property such as sale, inheritance, etc. However, this search will not uncover hidden issues or defects with the title such as forged documents, liens, outstanding taxes, etc.
This is where title insurance comes in. A buyer can protect his investment by purchasing title insurance against unknown defects with the title. A title may be restricted by claims or rights of others. Unfortunately, these issues are not always discovered prior to closing. A title insurance will protect you agains such unforeseen situations.
Title insurance is not required in all provinces. You should speak to your lawyer to establish whether you should buy title insurance or if there are other options available to you. Policies for title insurance can be in favor of the buyer, the lender or both. In some cases, the lender may demand that title insurance be purchased as a condition to the mortgage loan.
A title insurance will cover such things as unknown title defects which would prevent you from enjoying clear ownership of the home. They also offer protection from losses such as existing liens against title, encroachment issues, title fraud, errors in surveys or public records, etc.
Title insurance coverage for a residential home lasts for as long as you own the property. It is a one time fee for the premium and the policy can be transferred to an heir or a spouse in the event of a divorce. It can also help to ensure that closing is not postponed due to issues in the title. And if issues where to come up later one, the title insurance would covers your legal fees and expenses associated with defending your title. Even though it is not mandated in all provinces, your title insurance premium is a small price to pay for peace of mind. Marriage: Handling The Stress
By Nicole Anne A. Smith
Before getting into marriage or deciding to get married, an individual must be ready to face the hardships that he and his partner will be facing. They should know the feeling of being married beforehand in order for them to be able to handle it. Yes, getting married is a really tough decision to make so it should not be taken for granted because if so, the couple might end up getting separated. It is a really stressful task to cope with the hardships of being married. That is why it is good to know how stress can be managed.
Stress happens when an individual fails to respond or cope with emotional and physical experiences and threats. Stress can have a lot of negative effects in a person’s life and this is the reason why an individual must be able to manage stress. Stress management starts from knowing the sources of stress. It is not easy to identify the sources of stress because many of them are not obvious. In order to be able to identify these sources, an individual should carefully observe his actions, attitudes, and the environment he is in. Even if you identified the sources of your stress, until you accept that you are in this situation, you will not be able to handle the stress right. You should be able to manage stress by doing the following. This can help a lot especially to the married people.
You should know your limitations. You cannot do all things so you should not accept a lot of work and you must have time for your body to rest. Learn to say no because not all the time, you can do a thing being asked by someone for you to do. This happens a lot in married couples’ lives especially when the husband have lots of demands to the wife. Learn to help each other and understand them by knowing each others’ strengths and weaknesses.
In connection with knowing your limitations, you should be open to your partner about certain things especially the things that can bring out stress. You should talk with your partner and let him understand that you cannot do all things and you also have to rest. Good communication can lessen the stress you are experiencing. It will also help in understanding each other.
When you face problems which can really cause stress to you, you should be to adapt to the situation by changing your attitude about the problem. Thus, you won’t get affected that much. Learn to divert your attention from a stressful situation into less stressing one. Focus your attention to other things rather than trying to solve the problem immediately. You should always allot some time for you to relax.
An individual should be able to know and apply these principles because if not, the worst case is you and your partner might have more misunderstandings and disagreements which may then lead you to decide to get separated or even get a divorce.
